So sorry for those of you who follow along daily. With so much going on lately I’ve been focusing on friends and family and being present in the moment. Sometimes in blogging and social media we tend to remove ourselves from the every day normalcy and we don’t live in the actual moment and focus on the people around us. A technology break is needed from time to time to focus on relationships and those we love. We are human after all! So thank you to everyone for being patient with me while I was spending some time with family back in California.
As the temps are warming up, I’m making the most of my spring/winter wardrobe. Think pastels, knits and leather that you wouldn’t normally pair together, but work surprisingly well in this seasonal transition period. Layers in this time period are key and I’m still getting as much wear out of my sweaters as possible. I also love open toe booties right now because they give a feel of a sandal, but still look weather appropriate for the time of the year. Because let’s face it, it just doesn’t seem right to start walking around in flip flops and gladiator sandals right now.
