I’ve been using my MAC 224 Blending Brush to buff the brightening powder under my eyes. You don’t need a lot of the powder, a little goes a long way. Plus, you want to avoid piling on so much makeup underneath the eye area in order to prevent that “cakey” look. So a light dusting is all you need with a good blending brush to buff it right into the skin. I found that the Studio Tools Contour (Crease) Brush also does an excellent job at applying the powder.
I wouldn’t suggest wearing Well Rested on its own, unless of course you don’t have any dark circles, because it is a rather sheer formula and doesn’t actually cover anything up. But if you need that extra oomph under the eye area, then I would highly suggest trying this eye brightener out. You’ll be amazed at how awake and refreshed you look.
Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Eyeshadow Well Rested can be found wherever Bare Escentuals products are sold and will cost you about $18 for 0.03 oz of product.
