Although I am constantly changing my makeup routine with new products, I’ve been sticking with this easy routine almost every day since January. I’ve adopted a “less is more” philosophy with makeup and haven’t been wearing nearly as much as I used to.

I’ve been skipping the foundation process all together and using the Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Illuminating Serum and my skin has never looked better. It is like an illuminating tinted moisturizer so it evens out my skin tone and brightens up my whole face giving a soft glow. Because this has absolutely no coverage I still use a bit of concealer and have been sticking with the Sonia Kashuk hidden agenda palette since it has a color corrector, 2 shades of concealer and a translucent setting powder all in one kit. Pretty convenient if you ask me.

I then set my face with bareMinerals Original Foundation with a very light dusting using a large powder brush, followed a sweep of Benefit Hoola bronzer on my cheeks, forehead, down my nose, my chin and my neck to add some warmth. I switch off with a lot of powder blushes, but I seem to be gravitating to NARS Deep Throat quite often since it leaves a peachy pink shade on my cheeks without any added sparkle which NARS Orgasm can sometimes do. I then sweep Dior Highlight Powder in Amber Diamond on my high cheekbones, across my forehead and down the bridge of my nose to give my face all all-over glow.
