Alright, I’ll admit it. I have an obsession… with bell sleeves. I can’t seem to pass up a good bell sleeve! Like this or this. Ooh, and this. Maybe it’s the 70s vibes I’m digging, or the drama it adds to any basic piece. Either way, I’m a fan. This bell sleeve lace dress is no exception. My jaw literally dropped when I found it hidden behind a rack of tank tops at Target. For a second I actually thought, “Did someone steal and leave their Free People dress on the hanger?!” Wrong. This wasn’t Free People. To my surprise, it was Mossimo! Hands down my favorite Target find. Ever. #TargetDoesItAgain doesn’t even do this dress justice.

Between my travels back and forth to LA and still dealing with the Texas heat, dresses have been the way to go. I love the long, lace bell sleeves on this dress because it’s cool enough to wear in the heat, but still has a bit of a fall vibe. And at this point, let’s be honest. I’m just pretending it’s fall because the temperatures still read s-u-m-m-e-r.

Several of you have asked recently why/how I travel so often, especially to LA. I try and go as often as possible so I can see my friends and family because I still get homesick. Yes, I’m an adult. And yes, although I’ve been living in Dallas for more than two years now, I still get home sick. So I like to fly “home”, a lot. But believe me when I say, there’s nothing luxurious about the way I travel. I travel often because I do it on the cheap. Spirit Airlines, baby! It’s not glamorous but it gets me there. I also travel for work, but mostly personal trips. I just do it very inexpensively.

Hope everyone is having a great week!
