This is always a strange time of year to dress for. It’s getting cooler out but it’s still too warm for boots or coats. I find that light layers is the easiest way to dress during this transitional period. Light-weight jackets and booties are perfect for this time of year because you can easily pair them with dresses or shorts. This khaki jacket is perfect for breezy nights without getting too warm. And you can’t go wrong with flannels, a necessity for fall.
When it comes to accessories, I love classic staples that transition not only from season to season, but from dressy to casual looks. My new favorite necklace is this gold monogram from 9th & Elm. If you haven;t checked out the site, I highly recommend you do so. They have a great selection of affordable gifts and accessories. Not to mention an awesome assortment of monogrammed jewelry. It’s a flash sale site with goods from handmade and independant designers. I’m currently lusting after this and this to add to my jewelry collection.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
