Fur and Olive

December 9, 2015

When it comes to winter wear, I’m not particularly fond of pastels. White is about as light as I’ll go. So I tend to stick with fall tones and of course, my go-to black. Olive is one of the only colors I tend to wear outside of my usual neutrals. It pairs beautifully with black, grey and camel tones so it’s easy to wear with just about anything in my closet.

I fell in love with this Old Navy wrap coat the second I tried it on. It’s beautiful, warm and a stunning olive color. And paired with faux fur? A match made in closet heaven. Fur and olive has quickly become a favorite pair of mine, and yes, I’m guilty of being a repeat offender. But hey, when something works, it works. And this fur and olive combo has certainly been working well for me this winter.

I love how elegant this look is. I would have never guessed your coat was from Old Navy! I’m so sad it’s sold out in my size. The pairing with the faux fur stole is just perfection.
