I tend to purchase my sweaters a size larger than what I typically wear because I love the casualness and laid back feel of loose-fitting knitwear. Check out my Pinterest Style Board for tons of great sweater styling inspiration as well! Sweaters have been a serious weakness for me lately- must be the weather. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post for what I wore to night two of Fashion X Dallas! And yes, I’ll be wearing another amazingly comfortable sweater- ha! And be sure to check out yesterday’s post here (if you haven’t already) to see my full coverage on Fashion X Dallas weekend!
FXD2014 // Night OnePosted on November 11, 2014
Cable Knit Sweater: Old Navy (similar here & here) | Faux Leather Pencil Skirt: Forever 21 (obsessed- only $13!) | Nude Heels: Steve Madden | Snakeskin Clutch: Vintage (love this one!) | 360 Pearl Earrings: BaubleBar (obsessed with these too!) | Gold Bracelets: Stella & Dot, Movida Boutique | Lips: Maybelline Lipstick in Touch of Spice | Nails: NARS Nail Polish in Manosque
It was so surreal to be at Fashion X Dallas this past weekend and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to attend. For night one, I decided to keep it modest and paired a loose fitting cable knit sweater with this faux leather pencil skirt- which by the way is only $13 at Forever 21!! Best steal of the year if you ask me. Doesn’t feel cheap and still has the appearance and texture of real leather. I even love the exposed zipper in the back!
Thanks for stopping by!
