This black maxi cardigan from Target is my version of a socially acceptable robe in public. Ha! I kid. It’s clearly not a robe, but I love the cozy feeling of wearing a maxi cardigan and find the longer length helps with warmth, and it adds a little drama to simple jeans and a tee. A true “throw on and go” piece.
And, on another note… WHOA! 2015, Where did you go? It’s a whole new year and with that comes the hope of new beginnings. 2015 was a tough year. While I thought living in Texas would get easier, it’s actually becoming more difficult to deal with than I ever thought. I’ve never lived anywhere where I didn’t know people. So being away from everyone I know, especially my closest friends in family is one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to go through. I’m hopeful things will get better this year, and attitude really is everything. So this year, I’m making it a point to get out there and meet more people, attend more events and start interacting more with all of my readers! I guess you could say that’s my new year’s resolution – to put myself out there socially and to get to know each and every one of you.
So email me – email@example.com! Snapchat with me – @prettypetals87! Or just leave a comment! I would love to get to know all of you. Maybe a Q & A? I plan on starting to share a little more of my personal life with all of you as well as I tend to stick to “business” here on the blog and this is so much more than business. It’s personal!
