Every year, millions of Americans resolve to be healthier and start working out for the new year. The gym is full in January and come February it’s completely deserted. But it doesn’t have to be something grueling that makes you give up. You don’t have to go to the gym every day. Just get outside! Go for a walk, a slow jog, walk the dog if you have one, go for a bike ride or a hike. I’m horrible about going to the gym but I try and go for a walk everyday. I enjoy wearing cute workout wear and I find it motivating to get out and exercise. Give it a try! Find what workout gear works for you and makes you excited to get out there and work it out!
