While getting lost in the internet this past weekend, I stumbled upon a Paris apartment and found myself enchanted by the images. This particular apartment is the house of Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier and is simply stunning. The  old-meets-new feel makes it modern and nostalgic, creating a unique space. The intricate, classical moldings and the herringbone parquet floors truly make the rooms of this apartment stand out.

As I continue my search for the perfect apartment decor, I can’t help but be inspired by this beautiful space. I love a less-is-more attitude when it comes to decorating, but the nineteenth century glamorous feel of this apartment makes me want to find pieces with a little more je ne sais quoi for a Paris apartment feel.
