Pink Booties

December 30, 2014

Blouse: Forever 21- sold out (very similar here) | Blazer: Zara- old (similar here + here) | Jeans: Vigoss (similar here) | Booties: Forever 21 (obsessed and under $40! Also loving these) | Bag: Chanel | Hat: Nordstrom | Nails: Essie in Russian Roulette | Lips: Maybelline Lipstick in Touch of Spice
I have been searching for the perfect pink bootie and was beyond ecstatic when I found these pink buckle booties sitting all by it’s lonesome on a shelf in a Forever 21 that seriously looked like a war zone on Dec. 23rd. Why I decided to brave the mall alone on this day is beyond me. But I survived… and it was so worth it because I was able to bring these bad boys home. They are a low enough heel to make them comfortable to wear all day but still give me a little height (hey, I need all the help I can get). I’m still in shock that they were under $40.
In other news, I’m still wearing this mocha-hued lipstick non-stop. I blame all the hype on the Kylie Jenner lip. I caved and fell for the trend and was excited to find this budget-friendly version. Thanks to Maybelline’s Color Sensational Lipstick in Touch of Spice, I’ve been able to rock this 90s lip on the daily. It’s just so easy to wear and requires almost little to no maintenance compared to it’s vibrant and vivid counterparts (yes, I’m referring to you Russian Red and Girl About Town). If you’re a lipstick junkie, you know what I’m talking about. Anyway, I highly recommend this lip color. And it doesn’t dry out my lips! If you haven’t tried out the lipsticks from the Maybelline Color Sensational line, do yourself a favor and swing by a CVS to pick one up. They’ve quickly become my favorite lippies.
Thanks for stopping by!
