  • Spent the day taking some serious (and necessary) self care. Experienced some strange and kind of scary things over the past week because I wasn’t taking care of myself. Poor diet, lack of sleep, etc. The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to take care of yourself. It’s the best thing you can do for your wellbeing and state of mind✌🏼
