Tip of the day: Protecting brush logos

If you’re OCD like me and hate when the logos and numbers rub off your brushes, especially on ones you spend a pretty penny one like MAC brushes, here is a solution to keeping the logos and numbers in tact.

Using a clear nail polish, brush a stripe of the nail polish over the text that you want protected. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and there you have it; a sealed logo. Now you don’t have to be careful when using your brushes daily. It even holds up when you wash them. The perfect solution.

Here’s an example of the nail polish on my MAC 187 brush:
