If I could only have one jacket for the rest of winter, this faux leather biker jacket would be it. It provides warmth without needing to wear 17,495,730 layers underneath. Because honestly, who has time to find that many clean clothes to throw on? Also, I hate that constricted feeling when having to pile on sweaters under coats. You know, like this kid. The faux fur lining and thick padding inside this jacket make it a winter essential for me.

Beanies are another must for me in the winter. Yup, I’m a beanie kid. Mostly because it’s the best excuse ever not to do my hair. I shamelessly bought this comfy, cashmere beanie in three colors. Hands down my favorite. There are so many beanie options out there, but this one is the softest and slouches perfectly. Remember, not all beanies are created equal and not all beanies slouch the same. It’s worth finding the perfect one.

How was everyone’s weekend? If you saw on Instagram, Steven and I flew back to LA to celebrate his birthday with some close friends and family. I caved and finally bought my first pair of sweatpants, er, I mean joggers, for the plane ride. Best purchase of I’ve ever made. I actually went back and bought two more pairs because comfort has officially taken precedence in my life. And they’re still on sale for $12, sooooo… hop to it.
